In order to start working with Gold, a good beginning is cold connections and 14/14 Gold-Filled. This means that it is gold on top and on the bottom and the center is not. if you are not soldering, you won't expose the metal in between. The color also stays pristine when cold connecting Gold-Filled. These earrings have a cold connected stone settings where the stones are held in with riveted metal layers.
